1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may register only one ph456 account. Creating multiple accounts (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. ph456 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment methods.

3.4 Account Verification

ph456 may require identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any time during account usage. You must provide requested documents including government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within requested timeframes may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from ph456, your account must be fully verified, you must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and you must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₱500,000 (higher limits available for VIP members).

6. Betting Rules and Regulations

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your ph456 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is finalized, you must withdraw all available funds from your account. Any outstanding bonus balances or pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Once closed, you may not reopen the same account, though you may register a new account after a minimum 30-day cooling-off period.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

11. Dispute Resolution

For unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels under Philippine jurisdiction. By using ph456, you agree that any legal disputes shall be governed by Philippine law and resolved in Philippine courts.

12. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

ph456 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, improve clarity, address new services, or update policies. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ph456 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or account notification.

If you do not agree with any modifications to these terms, your sole remedy is to stop using ph456 services and close your account. By continuing to use ph456 after changes take effect, you accept the revised terms in their entirety.
